Emergency or Interim Order

The Court can issue an Emergency or Interim Order if there is a threat of imminent danger to any party or child.  A party can request to restrain or evict a person from the home under certain circumstances, seek temporary parental rights and responsibilities, seek temporary support, ask for use of real or personal property,  or request the court temporarily divide debts.
